Mock Construction Scheduling Project

Team Member

Used Primavera P6 to create a Work Breakdown Structure, network diagram, and Critical Path Method Schedule for a simulated academic building construction under a Design-Bid-Build construction method
Used EMV analysis to select subcontractors based on profit, scheduling, and various risks in quality, safety, etc
Accounted for weather and climate restrictions, subcontractor availability, overhead responsibilities, and more to create a realistic critical path for the construction process

Worked with project managers and on-site superintendents to create a printable template in Microsoft Excel containing information on appliances, hardware, square and linear footage, etc
Utilized variety of Excel formulas, data labels, cell value linking, etc to make future changes and usability streamlined and simple

Compiled an interactive and comprehensive timeline of both the national UK response and the local borough's initiatives
Conducted surveys within the Hounslow community on perceived resource accessibility and restriction effectiveness
Presented findings and recommendations for future action in both a comprehensive report and an in-depth presentation to local officials
